In 2023, Gregory Poole Equipment Company launched Safety Recognition Drawings as a new initiative that represents the company’s Safety Core Value. Through this initiative, employees who practice safe working habits are rewarded for being stellar examples of Gregory Poole’s safety culture, and other employees are encouraged to follow their lead.
On Feb. 21, 2024, Gregory Poole held its first Safety Recognition Drawing of the year to recognize technicians, warehousers, drivers, and tool room attendants who were injury and accident free throughout the last 6 months of 2023.
A total of 23 employees across different divisions of the company won gift cards ranging from $500 to $1000.
